Removing button from flyout

Hi,

I’m just creating a ‘gift with purchase’ announcement fly out and I’m wanting to remove the button. Can anyone help? There’s still the ‘x’ in the top corner for people to close.

Happy to help! Thanks for tagging in here @Kylie W.

This is a little tricky! @Kylie W is right, you are able to delete most buttons/segments of your form, however you cannot remove the "X" button from your sign up form.

However, if you want to create a form like that you’ll need to reach out to a Klaviyo partner, or better yet a Community Champion like @Kylie W, to help you create this kind of custom form!

You should be able to easily remove any button, image or text field by selecting it and hitting the delete (bin icon) button to the left.

Thanks for the reply @Kylie W It’s not coming up for me. When I add a second button it does but when I remove one, it disappears for the remaining button….It’s like it must always have just one button on there for some reason.

Hmm that is odd, as it is definitely doable - I just tested it on my account.

Can you please try logging out and back in again, just in case.

If it is still an issue, maybe a screenshot would help to send through.
