Replace one email to another email in flow

If the Organiser is always the same email address, you could use ‘internal alert’ as a step in your flow. Details are here, and I’ve also included some screenshots below.

Can you let us know on what basis a recipient is assigned to an organizer? How many organizers are currently present, and how are you managing them? Once we get these details, we will be able to suggest a better solution to resolve your query.
