Replenishment flow for different products

Hi everyone.

Question: How can I create replenishment flows that’ll be triggered after 1 month, 2 months, and so on, depending on the type of product and quantity that the customer bought? Note that I have different types of products with different price ranges and each type of product will need replenishment 1 or 2 months after the purchase (depending on what product).

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the community @liz.monmail !

Here’s a guide to replenishment flows that covers the basics. This is a useful resource too: How to create a product-specific flow

However, it’s difficult to suggest how best to structure these flows for your needs without more details. I’m sure there are sufficient flow controls in Klaviyo to meet them though.

As a sidenote, I usually combine replenishment and winback in a single flow. The early stages I may nudge for replenishment (and highlight an unused discount if applicable), while the later stages I’ll offer greater purchasing incentives to avoid losing customers (winback).

Hope that helps.
