What link are you using for “Review this item?” Would you mind pasting it here? Normally, you’d want to use {{ event.review_link }} as the link that takes a person to a review they can fill out. Also, when you mention that clicking the star ratings doesn’t work, do you mean that there should be a link attached, but it doesn’t take you anywhere, or that it leads to a broken link?

It looks like the links in your Review Request Flow are not set up correctly. Try these fixes:
- Check the Review App’s Email Settings – Some apps, like Loox or Judge.me, have dedicated links for review submissions. Make sure you’re using the correct merge tag for the Review Submission Form, not just the product page.
- Fix Star Rating Links – If clicking the stars doesn’t work, your app may require a different format for rating links. Check the app’s documentation for the correct dynamic URLs.

Your Review Request Flow links aren’t working because they’re pointing to the product page instead of the review form. Here’s how to fix it:

- Each star should have a unique link:

to 1-4
for other stars.)
