Sale buyers segment

Hi, we’re trying to create a segment of people who only buy during sales, is there any way to do it that is not selecting the dates of the sale? We’ve had a lot of sales during the year

Hi @Jenniferguerra

Example segment below. This will pull profiles who have redeemed a dynamic code with the prefix ‘MISS-YOU-’ OR redeemed any discount.

If you just want a list of all customers who have redeemed any discount, the first condition is redundant so just use the 2nd condition. Or add specific sales discount codes with OR if you want to zoom in on those profiles.

Hope that helps

Welcome to the communty @Jenniferguerra

Are your sales discounted on the shop front end, redeemed with a discount code, or both?

On Shopify?

Hi @bluesnapper, we are on Shopify. We had some sales discounted on the shop front end and others with a dynamic discount code from Klaviyo
