Segment Issue

Hi everyone,

I created two segments based on 30-day engagement, but I noticed something odd. One of the segments labeled “30 days engaged” has 2 subscribers, which I had built in the first week of Oct, whilst the other I built using the same criteria last week has 0 subscribers. Can someone please help me understand why there might be a difference between the two. Thank you so mcuh!

Probably the old segment is just not updated with the right numbers… sometimes you need to update the segment just open the definitions and click save so it checks again and then will show same as the new segment i guess..
