Segments not populating automatically

Hi,

My segment isn’t populating automatically. The definition is correct; when I click on ‘update segment’, it pulls in the correct profiles.

Why isn’t it doing this automatically?

@B B Can you unpack that a little more for me? How long are you waiting between refreshes? Depending on how many and which type of conditions there are and what integrations they rely on, segment updates can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to 24 hours with relative time conditions.

Also, if you’re waiting on the segment page, you won’t see the updates in real time unless you refresh the the page.
