send order informations after purchased to customer (Prestashop)

Hi

Can I send information about orders (invoice, shipment date ect) to customers directly from Klaviyo OR does it have to be from Prestashop? Which Tags and Variable Syntax should I use for this?

Hey @ObelixDK I’m not sure about Prestashop, but for Shopify, we have built the email in Klaviyo, grabbed the Tags and Variable Syntax that Shopify had and put it in the Klaviyo template, then exported as an HTML to put back into Shopify. I wonder if this process can be the done the same with Prestashop?
