Hi, I already have a branding sending domain, but the CNAME values are different to those in the DNS records article that Klaviyo released - How to set up a branded sending domain | Klaviyo Help Center
Do I need to start again and follow the steps above to ensure I am compliant with the new sender requirements, or are they okay?

Though I have never encountered this specific scenario in the past, I think it is always best to err on the side of caution. I would recommend following the steps provided in the Help Center article you linked in your original query. Though, it does appear that the details you pasted here are consistent with the Static routing option that uses CNAME records, as shown below:

P.S. I would recommend against sharing your Public API Key on a public forum. Despite the name, this is not meant to be shared with others :) Maybe one of the admins can help to remove this?
