Sending first email from my flow to all my email base

Hello !

I want the first email of my flow to be sent to all my existing opted in email base. How can I set up the trigger to do that ?

Hi @BS69,

Yes exactly as you describe but you have dedicated option to change that, Back-Populate Flow Recipients. If you go with second option all customer from that segment will be repopulate and if they meet the requirements they will be included in the flow.

Hi @BS69,

When creating a flow you can choose as a trigger any list or segment. So if you subscribers come form different lists or other sources you can combine them in one segment of all opt in customers and then create trigger based on that segment.

Hi @Jakub ! Thanks for your answer! But if I do that, the email will send only when new person join the segment no ? Or do I have to create the segment right before launching the flow so it sends to all people at once ?
