We want the user who got to our site to get a 10% discount by entering his email in the popup. The coupon itself should come to the email of our buyer.We set up the popup, coupons, lists and campaign by tying it all together. But the company comes only to previously added users. How to set up a coupon email for new users?

To clarify, who do you want to receive this coupon? Are you saying that users who subscribe via your form are not receiving the message with the coupon? Are you sending your coupon through a flow message or a one-time campaign send? If you coupon is sent to users in a flow message, I would make sure the List triggered your flow is the same list users are added to once they fill out the form!
