Setting up the pop-up right

Hey there.

I’ve got 2 questions.

1.  I’m trying to set up on my pop-up the delay of 15 seconds before the page loads, but when I do, it come back to the default set up.

2. I’d like to not show the pop-up agin to people who closed it.
I wanna be able to show them again only if they come back 3 times again on the website.
Can I do that ?

    So the reason why the 15 second change is reverting to it’s default ‘5’ seconds when you toggle back is because you are choosing another display timing option. This is expected behavior as you will choose 1 of the 3 display options, either: 

    • Display on page load
    • Show based on rules
    • Only show on custom trigger

     

    I tested this in my account and can confirm that when you set the 15 second delay and don’t toggle to another option, it will save when you exit the form and come back in. 

     

    It should also be noted that all the different options for the ‘Show based on rules’ options act as AND connectors, not OR connectors. So a user will need to meet both* conditions before displaying the form. 

     

    Lastly, we do not have conditional display options as you mention in your second question, however, this can be created through a custom form.
