Sharing a Shopify Cart

I am looking to implement a feature using Klaviyo and Shopify, and was advised that I need a Klaviyo developer who can help set up a client event (to send the cart information to Klaviyo) that allows the entire contents of a customer's cart to be displayed and shared in an email. The customer should be able to send the cart contents with a "complete the cart" CTA either to themselves or a friend. From my understanding, Klaviyos add to cart event won't work in this scenario because it requires klaviyo to cookie their specific browser.

The flow is: 

1. Customer clicks a Share Cart button

2. Fills out their email or someone else's email

3. Triggers a flow that sends an email to the email that was entered with the entire cart contents along with a button that takes them back to the cart

4. The cart is pre filled with items that were inputted when they filled out the email form

Anyone have any idea on how to achieve this functionality?
