Hi, I am currently customizing my Shopify order confirmation template and trying to find out how to include the customers payment method… ex: Visa…(3849) photo included.
Can someone help me with this please.

When you look through the event data of your placed order event, are you seeing the payment method? I’d recommend pressing “Preview & test” when editing the email and looking through the event data on the right. That data is the data that Shopify sends to us when somebody places an order. If you see it, just click the variable next to that info to copy it, and then you can paste it into your email template. If there is no information on the card used/last four digits in the Placed Order event data, it unfortunately means that Shopify didn’t send Klaviyo this information, and it can’t be used.
