Shopify to Klaviyo subscribers integration issue

I have 382 subscribers in my Shopify subscribed list, however; only 331 of those are converting over to my subscribed Klaviyo list. I have everything correctly checked within the Klaviyo app integration tab. Can somebody please advise where this discrepancy is coming from. Thank you.

Hey @RebL

Have you checked your opt-in settings? if you have them set to double opt-in in Klaviyo only those that complete both steps will be added to your subscribers list. This is usually the issue most people see when there is a variance in your list.
