Shopify Viewed Collection event doesn't seem to be triggering

Hi,

I’m trying to track the Shopify Viewed Collection event mentioned here https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4425956184731 but no matter what I do, I can’t seem to get it to fire under any test circumstances. Is there something that I might be missing in enabling or does this event no longer exist?

@obviyo- if you go to your Integration →Shopify, do you still see the “Get Started” button?If you do, make sure to enable it for those events to start firing.If you’re still not seeing those events, you can follow the steps above that @chloe.strangeoutlined. Remember, Klaviyo can only track those behavioral events of people thatcan beidentified via cookies/sessions - so make sure you don’t have any cookie/privacy/ad blockers (or have settings on your site that prevents them), and you’re coming back from the same device/browser that you used to Sign Up (or opened an email).The best way to “force” an identified user for testing is appending it to the url like this:yoursite.com/?utm_email=your-email-here@gmail.comSee if that helps!

Any new data from Shopify should appear in Klaviyo within seconds.Klaviyo Tracking Code Installation:Ensure that the Klaviyo tracking snippet is installed on your Shopify store.
