I have a multi-language store, and I am in the process of creating my sign up forms. Is there a option to make these sign up forms and welcome forms in different languages? Or automatically go to the language based on the one selected by traffic on my website? What is the best approach here..
Please let me know, and would appreciate it very much if someone helped me out.

You will first need to create two separate sign up forms for each language and then set those forms to only appear on specific URLs that contain a unique identifier for the website page users are on.
