If two campaigns for two different sets of segments are being scheduled for the same time, with Smart Sending enabled on both, would there be a chance that someone (who may fall under both segments) receives both of those emails?

Hi @ahinboxstars14

Thank you for posting in the Community!

When sending multiple campaigns to audiences that could include duplicates I usually schedule one of them a minute or two later just to make sure, we are not double sending. I hope this helps!

Hi @ahinboxstars14! Thanks for posting. What I do whenever I am sending campaigns to 2 different segments (with or without Smart Send), I always just have one campaign send to segment A and exclude segment B, and vice versa. This way there’s no risk of overlap!
