I’ve signed up for klaviyo for my music business and the first month went great. Then I try to make a message to send and it now says my US and Canada number is not registered. Yet when I sent for registration it says could not register. Please help if anybody has solved a similar problem.

    @8ightvibes,

    I totally get how frustrating this can be. Here’s some pointers on how you could solve this one:

    Double-check your phone number: Make sure you entered the correct phone number, including the country code. Sometimes a small typo can cause registration issues.

    Carrier compatibility: Some carriers might not be supported by Klaviyo. You can check Klaviyo's documentation or contact your carrier to ensure they support the necessary messaging protocols.

    Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes, browser issues can cause problems. Clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. (You’d be surprised how often this is the case.)

    Reattempt registration:

    • Go to your Klaviyo account settings.
    • Navigate to the SMS section.
    • Remove the existing number and re-enter it.
    • Follow the prompts to re-register your number.

    Hope this helps :)
