SMS subscription link - How to see new subscribers

Hi there, I am really excited to start using the “growth tool” of adding subscription links for SMS to my Instagram Stories, however, I’ve realized that there’s nowhere to see who subscribed through that link in the growth tool itself.

Is there a simple way to see how many have subscribed from this dedicated link, or a way to pull them into a segment?

Great question! While Klaviyo's growth tool doesn't directly show subscribers from specific SMS links, there are ways to track them:

UTM Parameters:

Append UTM parameters (e.g., utm_source=instagram_story&utm_campaign=sms_signup) to your SMS subscribe link.
These parameters track traffic source and campaign details when someone subscribes via the link.
In Klaviyo, create a segment based on those UTM parameters to identify subscribers from your Instagram story link.
