Social media targeted marketing

Hi Community,

To be legal compliant opt-out from social media marketing required for my US based clients.

How I can implement on shopify pre checked checkbox like:
[X] I’d like to see personalized offers, for more information see Privacy Policy.

And sync this with klaviyo as separate property? (unchecking this should not unsubscribe form email marketing)

That checkbox belongs to Shopify. I have done some research and it looks like you can add and customize a new checkbox on that page. You can refer to the article here https://community.shopify.com/c/Shopify-Design/Cart-Add-an-Agree-to-terms-and-conditions-checkbox/m-p/614939 and here https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/checkout-settings/ to learn more about their checkout process and options. In addition, I would recommend reaching out to Shopify Support team to ask for their advice on changing the content under the checkbox.
