Hello! I have a client that bounces everytime we send an email, but he wants to receive it. Do you know how we could solve this problem? Here’s the error :

It looks like a block (soft bounce) happening due to a typo in a domain. Check if this is a correct domain (robertlelduc.com) with valid MX records. The one mentioned in the bounce description doesn’t seem to have a valid MX (refer to the attached screenshot).

Also, confirm if the client has done Sendgrid authentication properly or there’s any typo in the domain in the dns records.
