So I have an abandon cart flow and I have something in my cart. It is set to wait a certain amount of time before emailing but it just spams me… Like email every hour repeatedly, how do I stop it from spamming my customers :S

Can you share a screenshot of your flow?
Can you also check if you disabled your ecommerce platform abandoned cart configuration (i.e. in Shopify).
