Stripe purchase automation fail

Hey guys,

I’ve set up a flow that it’s triggered to start once a customer gets a succesful payment via stripe, yet it’s not working and her clients are not getting the emails. It’s always been a lottery for me when setting up this flows with this specific action as a trigger.

Should I be more specific and add a filter which will specify the amount her customer will be paying?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Juan

Instead of using the "Customer Paid" trigger, try using the "Order Placed" trigger instead. This trigger fires once an order is placed in Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, and the payment has been captured via Stripe. This trigger is more reliable than the "Customer Paid" trigger, which can sometimes have issues with timing and syncing.
