+2I have a question regarding “do not send to” option in campaigns.
When I’m sending a newsletter to group A and then put do not send to group B, if a person is in both groups, will they receive the newsletter or not?
If they are in both groups, I don’t want them to receive it.

Good question! If an email address is in both goups (segments or lists), they will not receive the email. The logic is pretty much like this: Send to group A, but exclude any members in group A who are also in group B.
