The "send now" option did not work
I used the "Send now" option but the campaign still appears as "Scheduled to be sent on" to hours later. What should I do? Clone the campaign and try again?

There was a temporary system bug that prevented the send of campaigns. However this issue has been resolved and you should be able to send the campaign now without issue.
