Track Form submission in GTM

Hello,

I would like to track the form subscription trigger for Google Ads, Facebook ads and Tiktok ads.

But i don’t see the data layer Klaviyo fire on GTM

Do you have an idea how to track that ?

CMS : Shopify

Thank you
