Track Orders for a Specific Product Placed thru a Specific Flow

Is there a way to find out if customers purchased a specific product after clicking on a specific message in a flow?

We have a bounce back flow which encourages users to purchase specific product as a cross sell immediately after making a purchase.

All I can see in Klaviyo is placed orders from that flow but you cannot filter it by which product they purchased.

    Hi @samwaters

Thank you for posting in the Klaviyo community!

I think one way to do this is to create a segment, where the conditions are; Customer Opened ‘said email flow’ AND purchased ‘X product’ .

Now you could get even more specific and add time frames to this and also even specify what the link is that the customer has selected within the email.

I believe this would be your best option.

    Hope this helps!

It looks like it did work. Not perfect for attribution but what is.
