hi all, i really need your help in this matter, on my unbounce landing page, i have a shopify buy botton where it shows my shopify products and the add to cart button, i already integrated klaviyo with my unbounce via webhook, however whenever a client goes into my page and add to cart, klaviyo is not registering this action so i can trigger my abandoned cart flow? any help with this matter.

Is the add to cart button on the Unbounce landing page? If so, that will not trigger added to cart metrics, because those events only save on default Shopify product pages.
If that’s the case, you may be able to create a custom workaround, but that would be beyond the scope of support/community - so you’re always welcome to reach out to one of our official Klaviyo partners for extra development help!
