Trouble with full width spacer underneath a 2 column "column block"

Hi all!

Hoping you can help… I’m putting together our newsletter using a combination of column blocks and full width sections.

I’ve successfully inserted 2 column sections but can’t insert a full length spacer underneath the second column block - either the spacer just falls underneath one of the columns (ie.half width) or the screen just starts jumping around and glitching.

Any ideas? Thanks so much

    Hi @JuliaFG !

@Mich expert is correct - if you drag a new section underneath your column block, and then drag a spacer block into that new section, it will be a full-width spacer rather than just applying to one of the columns!

    I hope this helps! :)

Hi Julia! Here's how to fix the issue with the full-width spacer under your 2-column block:

    1. Add a New Full-Width Section: Instead of trying to add a spacer directly to the column block, create a new full-width section right below it. Most editors will allow you to drag and drop a full-width spacer there.
    2. Check for Glitches:If the editor glitches, try these steps:
       - Save your work and refresh the page.
       - Ensure you're using an updated browser (Chrome often works best for editors).
    3. Adjust Padding/Margins: If the new section doesn’t align perfectly, use padding or margin settings to make it look seamless.

If it still doesn’t work, describe what editor/tool you're using, and I’ll guide you further! 😊
