I have tried multiple times and followed the trouble shooting guide to verify my business in order to get my SMS setup. I have had no success. I have not been able to any answers from Kira the chat. I am unable to email support. Will someone please help! I see I am not the only that has had this problem before. Thank you in advance.

You're not alone — this issue happens more than it should.

Here are a few quick things to check:

  • Make sure your business name, address, and EIN match your IRS or official docs exactly

  • Use a business email (not Gmail/Yahoo)

  • Avoid using personal names or nicknames in the business info

(Select “SMS & MMS” as the issue)

If that doesn’t work, try messaging Klaviyo on Twitter or LinkedIn — they often respond faster there. i can also assist you further
