I have tried multiple times and followed the trouble shooting guide to verify my business in order to get my SMS setup. I have had no success. I have not been able to any answers from Kira the chat. I am unable to email support. Will someone please help! I see I am not the only that has had this problem before. Thank you in advance.

You're not alone — this issue happens more than it should.
Here are a few quick things to check:

Make sure your business name, address, and EIN match your IRS or official docs exactly

Use a business email (not Gmail/Yahoo)

Avoid using personal names or nicknames in the business info
If you've tried all that, submit a ticket here:
https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
(Select “SMS & MMS” as the issue)
If that doesn’t work, try messaging Klaviyo on Twitter or LinkedIn — they often respond faster there. i can also assist you further
