updating my sending domain

Hi, 

I have set up my sending domain in klaviyo, i’ve also completed all the steps in shopify.  Klaviyo is saying my sending domain is active. Yet i still get the notification to update my sending email. When i try to add my new sending domain in the sender email box its telling me to Enter a valid email address. I have spent hours watching videos and all the posts on klavyio, but nothing is working.

Can you please share what you are adding as the sending email? It should be in the following format: name@yourdomain.com
