+1I am creating a flow which I want to include offering a free sample to the customers without any interaction from them
i.e.
Trigger > Wait 10 Days > *send sample* > SMS: We’ve sent you something > Wait 3 Days > Email:Did you like it?
Is there a way the flow can communicate with Shopify or a shopify flow to trigger the order for the sample

Unfortunately its not possible to trigger an event to happen in Shopify (ie sending a free sample). I will share this feedback with the product team for possible future development. I will also continue to look for a possible workaround for you and will update you here if I find one!
