I’m trying to use my email template to create a campaign. It can’t be this hard! I can’t find any information on google or within this forum. Someone please help! The drag and drop window takes me to my templates but I can’t choose one. It just shows me what the template looks like in a pop up window.

You are on the right track. When sending a campaign, you can choose an email template from your library when setting up the content for the campaign. You should see at the very bottom of the popup window that displays the template, a button that says Use Template. Once you click that it should load that template into your campaign.
