I would like to ask my customers for ratings for trusted stores.
However, I wonder how I can check this?
If I send the mail within the flow and tell the customer that they will receive 10% off their next order if they leave a review, then I wonder how I can check this. Is it even possible?

Yes, it’s possible. If the review platform you are using pushes review events to Klaviyo, you can trigger a flow from those events. I do this in ‘thank you’ flows (example below) - but I do not offer a discount. When they post a review, they enter the reviews flow.
You should check with your reviews platform’s T&Cs as some do not allow financial incentives to be offered in return for a review.
