When I view the email now via “web view” / “view in the browser”, it redirect me to Klaviyo.

Wonder if it is possible to host at my own website server.

Hello @pmjchan,

Thanks for your follow-up note.

I’m afraid there isn’t a way to convert that link to re-direct to your company URL within the Klaviyo platform.

If you’d like, you can translate the web view link to display your website URL in the email itself but this would not change the actual re-direct URL. You can find the steps to achieve this in the thread below:

Thanks and have a great rest of your day.

Hi @pmjchan,

Thank you for sharing this information with us.

Perhaps you can elaborate on your end-goal here? Many customers want to convert this link into a public facing URL.

If that’s aligned with your end-goal, after adding the web view link using the {% web_view %} tag, you can put it in this share link generator: http://www.sharelinkgenerator.com/

This will provide you with a URL to share publicly.

If this was not your goal, feel free to elaborate more in the thread below :)

Hi DD,

Thanks for your reply. I end goal is to display the URL with my company domain.

For example, my company named Abeauty, instead of displaying the hosting link as “http://mamage.kmail...” is it possible display as “http://Abeuaty…”

Hello @dov.derin,

Thanks for your quick revert.
Any chance to display the URL with company name, but not redirecting ?

Hi @pmjchan,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, if you look at the thread I linked in my previous reply it outlines this solution in more detail.

In a nutshell, you can translate the web view text using this format: {% web_view 'INSERT_URL_HERE' %} and simply insert the URL in between the quotes.

It would be a lot easier if we could just get public preview links that could be seen by anyone with the link. Every other ESP has it, but somehow this is not yet a priority for Klaviyo.
