I have 2 lists for different methods of subscribing.
I want to have both lists going through the same welcome flow - how do I do this? Also how can I ensure that if they have already gone through the flow they don’t receive the message again
Klaviyo doesn’t allow 2 different lists to be triggers for same flow, but there is workaround. You can create a segment with simple definition is part of list 1 or is part of list 2… so all people whoa re in any of those 2 lists will be in the segment. Then set this segment as a trigger.
This will automatically fix your issue of only sending once because if you are in one of the lists and you join the other nothing will happen for you because you are already in the segment.
