Welcome Popup
We I go to my website the welcome popup is not showing, but I’ve checked everything and it should be. Does it just recognize that it’s me!?

Thank you for your question in the Klaviyo Community!
This is likely due to a setting in your Sign-Up Form. I’d recommend checking the following area - once in to Edit your form go to Targeting & Behaviour. Here you will be able to choose who this is displayed too and when, ie; ignore previous Klaviyo customer, don’t show after X days of being exited.
If you do want to see your form, I suggest using Incognito on your browser.
