the flow does not send email. while when i try the preview the flow does exactly as i want?

Thank you for posting in the Community!
When you choose ‘’Show analytics” in the top of the screen you can see how many should go down path a and path b. From there, when you click into the email at question at “View details” to get an overview of why it might not have sent any emails. Under “Recipient activity” in this view, you can analyze why some one might have been skipped and adapt your filters/setup accordingly.

Yes, that explains it quite well. From here I would recommned you to look into your 1: form settings - making sure it is connected to this list. 2: your integration, making sure it is sending subscribers to this list and third, ensuring that you don’t have the double opt-in toggled on in your list.

Has anybody entered your list since the flow has been set to live? If not, previous subscribers will not automatically enter the flow - you would need to use our add past profiles feature. To ensure that the flow is working as expected, I would suggest quick adding your email to the list to make sure that you enter the flow!

so it triggers something.
anybody entered your list since the flow has been set to live yes! myself for testing and one customer.
so i just started with this tool. i uploaded my shopify customers via a csv file. maybe thats it?
question: what is form settings - making sure it is connected to this list?

but for now i hope it works, but stil don't know if new customers also triggers the flow?

When annasophiefc mentioned form settings, they were referring to the settings of any sign-up forms that you set up. Do you have any forms that people fill out that add them to your list? If so, you should check to make sure those forms are connected to the list. You can go to the form editor, and click the submit button in the editor to see what list each form is connected to.
I’d also recommend testing this flow’s functionality with an entirely new profile. It looks like it’s beginning to work now, from the screenshots above, which is good. Use a new email that you have access to, and sign up for your email list. Then check your inbox. Are you getting any emails that ask you to confirm your subscription? If so, you’ll need to do that first, before you enter the list, and then the flow. If not, then you should receive the first email in the flow shortly! Let me know if this helps, or if you run into any trouble!
