I’m in the middle of creating a welcome series and have managed to create the first 2 emails however for the third one it shows the new arrivals template email which has space for 4 products and a description underneath but I can’t figure out how to get the products to be pulled through to the email from the website. Obviously it needs to be integrated so that someone who signs up to the newsletter one week will possibly be sent different new arrivals to someone who signs up the following week. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey @daintyarmo2

Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post!

Check out this Help Center article on using product feeds and recommendations in Klaviyo. You will learn how to create a product feed in Klaviyo in order to use product recommendations in your messaging. Product feeds take in data from your product catalog and customer behavior (e.g., the products they’ve viewed or purchased in the past) and use this information to provide custom product recommendations for your subscribers, or in your use case, best sellers!

Hope this helps!
