WhatsApp Integration

WhatsApp may not be in Klaviyo but it is possible to integrate both.

Our WhatsApp marketing platform (charles) integrates with Klaviyo. Once you have a platform like ours, you can bring Klaviyo data into your WhatsApp marketing activities. We also support Click-to-WhatsApp ads in Facebook or Instagram. Hope that helps!

Klaviyo does not natively support WhatsApp integration, as it primarily focuses on email and SMS marketing. However, you can explore third-party tools or APIs like Twilio that can integrate WhatsApp with Klaviyo. As for messages coming from a Meta ad, if you set up WhatsApp integration through a third-party API, it's possible to capture those messages and route them into the CRM. You would need to configure the API to ensure that any WhatsApp inquiries generated from Meta ads are properly tracked and displayed within Klaviyo or your connected CRM system.

are klaviyo working on launching a native integration with whatsapp, as is the case with Brevo? the issue with whatsapp is a big need.

Thank you for following up on this - Klaviyo is planning to launch a private and public beta for WhatsApp as a new channel in mid-2025, though this may change. We’re prioritizing making WhatsApp available in Flows, along with reporting, keyword support, and other key use cases. If you’re interested in participating in the testing periods, please let me know! 

If you are looking for a more immediate solution with additional functionality, I would suggest using one of the third party apps mentioned above (Example: https://www.hello-charles.com/). 

Very nice. It’s a very good idea to get such type of integrations for Whatsapp.

I was also looking at Charles, but decided on getkanal.com, which offers WhatsApp integration at an affordable price, and I'm happy with it.
