Why am I seeing a white screen when trying to schedule a campaign AND access support?

Hey! Has anyone else been experiencing white screens? Tried clearing cache and using different devices and I can’t schedule an eBlast. Tried to click on the support tab and got a white screen, too. Any advice?

    Hi @dasmarketing007

So sorry to hear of the inconvenience you’re experiencing, I’d love to help!

Great job troubleshooting so far in excluding the possibilities that clearing your cookies/cache and using different devices could solve the issue! I’d also suggest these additional troubleshooting steps:

    • Logged out and back into your Klaviyo account
    • Double checking that your ad blockers, anti-viral softwares, or network filters/firewalls aren’t preventing these pages to load
    • Ensuring that the browser you are using is up to date
    • Try logging in via an Incognito Window

Finally, I’d also suggest taking a look at other users who have had a similar issue, yet had their issues solved.

EDIT: This was a temporary bug and was addressed with our team and fixed!

    Hope this helps!
