People stopped receiving my emails in my flow. It says they are waiting to be sent for 2-3 weeks even though the time delay is only 6 days, sometimes even 1 day. Please help!

Yes, that would be the problem. Once you’ve hit the profile limit or email limit for your billing cycle, your messages will be canceled unless you upgrade your account to a plan that allows a bigger profile limit.
