We are new to klaviyo and i’ve just set up my first newsletter which is linked to a segment list. the newsletter is meant for new subscribers so we can build a customer base.
We’ve linked our klaviyo newsletter with our shopify shop. We’ve noticed when testing the link, only non-gmail users can succesfully sign-up. If we try to sign up with a gmail account, we do not get a success message and the user is not subscribed.. how can we fix this?
