my sign up form for doesn't look good on desktop but also on mobile it looks ugly it dont fill the whole screen how can i change this

Do you mind sharing what kind of a form this? It looks like this might be an embed form which is installed into the website page itself, which might explain why it doesn’t look the way you want on mobile. Based on the design you have, I would recreate this form as a flyout or popup and it will display in a more visually pleasing way on mobile!
