Why Facebook Lead Ad doesn't share contact info (Name Lastname and phone) to Klavyio List?

Question

I’m trying to connect Lead Ads integration to the Klavyio list, in the list there’s not info regarding phone numbers, lastname and phone number even if the Lead Ads form is tracking.

Please need support from someone on the community.

@MokaromaI would double-check integration and Lead Ad form in Facebook. According to this article, these fields should be pulling in:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039002832If it still is not working, I would reach out to Klaviyo Technical Support.

Hi there @Mokaroma,Our documentation states that a Lead Ad with fields foremail addressandfirst namewill pull in that information into Klaviyo. If you include aphone numberfield on your Lead Ad form, a phone number will be pulled in as well. However, a user’s last name won’t be pulled in.As @chelsgrovementioned,if you have the phone number field in your lead ad, I would ensure your integration is working properly!Hope this helps!-Taylor
