Hello. I promise I’ve searched many of the posts in the community before posting. However, I’ve taken the troubleshooting measures (deleted cookies, verfied the app-embed on my shopify page, deleted and created a new sign up form, verified the sign up form is live, verified that klaviyo is in the view source code of the website...), and it is still not displaying. Is there anything else I could try?

Dp you mind confirming if you are using Shopify and whether this is an embed or popup form? This will impact how we troubleshoot this issue. For instance, if it’s an embed form, I’d follow this thread’s suggestions of investigating if you have any conflicting code in your website that might prevent an embed from showing.
