I noticed that some email campaigns have the “View in Browser” option. Why add it or not? Do some phones not open the email campaign correctly? What is the benefit of adding the View in Browser” and how do I do it?

Not all email clients are good at rendering HTML so ‘View in Browser’ is a helpful fallback.
To add it to your emails, use: {% web_view %} which will display as View in Your Browser and clicking that link will open the email in their default browser.
Or use: Can't see this email? {% web_view 'Open in your browser' %}.’ which will display as: Can't see this email? Open in your browser.
Typically you will add this to the top of your email.
