I need some help
A while ago I put the Klaviyo pop-up on my site and everything was working fine, until I deactivated it because I was messing with my Shopify site.
Yesterday I went to reactivate it but the pop-up no longer appears, I would like some help on what might be happening, if it was a script error that I can reactivate it...

If you were recently changing things on your Shopify site, I would investigate your website code first! For instance, as I’m sure you know, your Klaviyo .js needs to be successfully installed in order for Klaviyo forms to successfully publish on your site. In my experience, I would pay extra attention to ensure you have your store’s personal public api key in the code as well and not just the placeholder code.
