Let’s say you’ve been sending from john@abc.com and now change it to jill@abc.com

    Hi @blissy

As long as you’re not changing the sending domain, changing the sender email address on the same domain won’t have any impact on deliverability unless your recipients are expecting emails from John and now they are getting from Jill and they started reporting spam, if that makes sense.
